The district chapter of Al-Khidmat Foundation Pakistan — a people-powered movement for healthcare, welfare, and emergency response.
Alkhidmat Foundation Toba Tek Singh is the district chapter of Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan — one of the country's largest humanitarian networks. Like every other district chapter, we exist for one purpose: to bring organised, accountable, and dignified service to the people of our district.
Our work spans the entire spectrum of community welfare — from a 24-hour hospital on Jhang Road, to a state-of-the-art diagnostic centre, to orphan sponsorships, Ramadan rashan packages, Qurbani meat distribution, clean water schemes, and disaster response when floods and emergencies strike.
What makes us different is the combination of national reach (Alkhidmat's network across all provinces) and local accountability (a local president, a local team, and local donors who can see their impact). When you give to Alkhidmat T.T. Singh, your money stays in T.T. Singh, and the people who receive it are your neighbours.
Healthcare • Welfare • Emergency
The principles that guide every decision we make and every rupee we spend.
To provide high-quality, affordable healthcare and humanitarian services to the people of Toba Tek Singh — regardless of their ability to pay — through a transparent and accountable system powered by local volunteers and supported by national infrastructure.
A Toba Tek Singh where every family has access to essential healthcare, every orphan is sponsored, every disaster victim is reached within hours, and every donor sees the impact of their generosity — directly and immediately.
Integrity in every transaction. Compassion in every interaction. Excellence in every service. Accountability to every donor. Respect for the dignity of every person we serve — patient, orphan, volunteer, or staff.
Each department is led by a designated officer and reports to the District President. The chapter coordinates with the Punjab regional office and the national headquarters in Lahore.
